Tasks and frequency depend on your agreement, water readings and pool conditions. Not every task is performed during every visit.

What does pool maintenance include?
Vacuuming, brushing walls and steps, removing leaves and debris, water testing, chemical adjustments and filter cleaning. We also check the pump and circulation. We agree on the exact scope with you based on your pool’s condition.
Why is checking water chemistry important?
Unbalanced water turns green or cloudy, irritates skin and eyes, and damages surfaces and equipment over time. Checking it during every visit keeps problems from growing and becoming more expensive to resolve.
How often might a pool need maintenance?
It depends on the size, use, nearby trees and the pool’s condition. Many pools are serviced weekly or every two weeks. We recommend a frequency after assessing your case.
What do you need to prepare a quote?
To start an inquiry, your municipality, property type and a description of what you need are enough. Approximate dimensions and photos help refine the estimate, but they are optional; you can add photos directly in WhatsApp. A final quote may require an additional assessment.
Do you service vacation properties?
Yes, you can ask about vacation properties and short-term rentals. We confirm availability, coverage and terms before accepting a service.
What happens if you notice an equipment problem?
We tell you what we observed so you can decide on next steps. We do not perform any additional work without your approval. Equipment repairs, installations and replacements are not part of the services described on this page.
